About Me

Claudiu Ion My name is ION CLAUDIU. I am 28 years old from Brasov and I graduated Transylvania University ( Brasov ) specialising in Tourism. I speak both English and Italian fluently. During university, I gained a lot of knowledge, especially in economics, in order to develop a career in human relations.
Beginning from 2001 until now I am working with TERGO real estate agency. Working in real estate has taught me that when facing difficult situations, it is easy to lose a transaction due to rushed decisions. During these years I have gathered a lot of experience in working with people and I understand that people can be very very different as well as unpredictable.

Since 2002, I started managing property in Brasov. I started with 3, but this has grown and now I am taking care of many more. Mostly, the property owners are from England, Italy, Romania and they require my services for renting, managing or selling their estates. As a real estate owner, you must have somebody trustworthy working for you who can take proper care of your properties. My objective is to build this trust upon quality services.
