To manage an estate means in very few words to be represented in the following institutions: • Brasov City Hall • Financial Administration of Brasov • Gas Company • Electricity Company • Telephone and Internet Company • Law Court  I will take care of tax payments, renting the estate in the most favourable circumstances for you, supervise payment of all bills, arrange repairs with tradesmen, deal with tenants, so in short, everything that needs to be done concerning your estate without you being concerning about anything but gaining. Due to my experience in this field, I will represent you in dealing with your tenants, you will not have to follow up on utilities payments or concern yourself about any repairs to your property. In view of a future collaboration, I will treat you with the greatest respect, I will advise you in redecorating your estate, renting or selling it, as well as possible new investments in Brasov or surroundings. |
